1. What This Is

Trekkon Fantasy Leagues is an independent, fan-run fantasy leagues platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Survivor, NASCAR, F1, or any official television network, sports league, or production company. All league content is created by fans for the enjoyment of fans.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, join a league, or purchase a paid membership tier. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide (including your date of birth) is accurate.

3. Membership Tiers & Billing

Paid membership tiers (Castaway, Crew Chief, Team Principal) are billed as recurring monthly subscriptions. Your card will be charged automatically each month until you cancel. If a payment fails or your subscription is canceled before the end of a particular league, your account will automatically be downgraded to the free Stowaway tier. Being downgraded to the free tier will affect your participation in certain group features like public league chats or anayltics, but it will be more detrimental to any private leagues you are hosting (which cannot run without their active host). There are no free trials, no partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, and no mid-season downgrades that allow you to keep membership perks. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your paid access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

4. No Refunds

All payments are final. This includes situations where a players' private league host fails to perform their hosting duties (e.g. running a draft, entering scores, or managing league). Trekkon Fantasy Leagues is not responsible for issuing refunds in cases of league host withdrawal or negligence. We are merely providing an opportunity for users to privately host fantasy leagues for friends and family, but cannot guarantee any one league will run to completion without its dedicated paid tier host. Before joining a private league, you commit to and are responsible for deciding whether you trust that league's host to run it responsibly.

5. Private League Hosting

As noted above, hosting a private league requires an active Crew Chief or Team Principal subscription. If a host's subscription lapses or is downgraded to Stowaway, their private league activity—including but not limited to draft activity, scoring, and trades— will be suspended and unplayable. Both the host and their league members will be notified when this occurs to ensure transparency and encourage renewed participation. Full hosting access and league activity resume as early as administrators can accommodate if the host re-upgrades their membership tier to Crew Chief or Team Principal.

6. No Cash Prizes, No Gambling

Trekkon Fantasy Leagues does not offer cash prizes or monetary winnings of any kind. Membership fees pay for access to bonus app features (hosting tools, analytics, chat, etc.) and not entry into any contest for money. All leagues are played for standings, bragging rights, and fun; they can be played on equal terms with or without a paid membership tier.

7. Draft & Scoring Decisions

Final league scoring is determined by Trekkon Fantasy Leagues Administration based on real-world episode or sporting events. Administrators will do their best to adhere to the spirit and letter of the rules published for each respective league. Questions about a specific ruling (which will inevitably arise given the unpredictable nature of sports and reality television) are welcome via the Trekkon Fantasy Leagues contact page, but appeals are not guaranteed to change a result. That is to say all scoring decisions are final unless administrator decide of their own volition to change the original decision.

8. League Chat & Community Conduct

League chats and other community features are meant to be fun, welcoming spaces for fellow players and fans. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, spam, or targeted personal attacks against other players or league contestants will not be tolerated. This applies to both public and private league chats. Trekkon Fantasy Leagues reserves the right to remove any message, mute, suspend, or permanently ban accounts found abusing chat features. This may occur at our sole discretion and without notice or refund. Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate action up to account termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content on Trekkon Fantasy Leagues—including our branding, league names, logos, site design, written rules, and scoring systems—is owned by Tregon Fantasy Leagues and may not be copied, reproduced, or used to create a competing product without permission. As noted above, Trekkon Fantasy Leagues is an unofficial, fan-created platform. We do not claim ownership of Survivor, NASCAR, F1, or any other underlying television property, and nothing in these terms grants you the player any rights to that content either.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse chat functionality, manipulate drafts or trades through collusion or multiple accounts, or otherwise disrupt fair and safe play for other players.

11. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time as our platform grows. Continued use of Trekkon Fantasy Leagues after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

12. Disclaimer of Liability

Trekkon Fantasy Leagues is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the platform running smoothly, but we are not liable for lost draft picks, missed deadlines, scoring errors, downtime, data loss, or any other issue arising from your use of the site. We will, of course, do everything in our power to solve problems as they arrive and eliminate bugs in our platform for the betterment of the league experiences.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
